About
The story behind Build A CV.
Most CV tools either look dated or lean on AI that cheerfully invents achievements. We wanted something better: a careful editor, honest assistance, and documents that belong to the person who wrote them.
Truth first
The assistant works only from what you tell it. It won't add employers, qualifications, numbers or outcomes, and every suggestion waits for your approval. A CV should survive an interview.
Craft matters
Typography, spacing and structure affect how quickly a recruiter can read you. Each template is designed as a real document, and the preview is exactly what you download.
Fair pricing
One clear membership, no tricks. Cancelling is as easy as joining, and your documents stay yours afterwards.
Made for the UK
British English, UK date formats and CV conventions by default. Nothing sensitive is ever required.
